goals in. calendar out.
the operating system of a serious life is a calendar. everything else is a feature of it.
I'm building wattura because every productivity tool i've tried is a list of things that don't know about each other. coaching app over here. cad file over there. calendar in a third tab. the work is the same work. the day is the same day. the tools should know.
so i'm building one substrate — a calendar — and a fleet of specialists that write into it. they share state. they detect their own conflicts. they replan in the morning, not in my head at 11pm.
the agents don't pretend to be smart in the dramatic way. they're smart in the quiet way: they keep their domains, they honor the locks, they report what they did. they are good employees, not oracles.
the operating system of a serious life is a calendar. everything else is a feature of it.
six agents that share one surface beat one agent that pretends to know everything.
every agent ships with principles and protocols. you can read them. you can edit them. you can fork them.
sleep is a load-bearing wall. so is energy. the calendar respects them or the calendar is wrong.
we don't announce features. the build log is the announcement. b.218 means b.218.
content is not marketing — it is the residue of work being done. the year posts itself.
a dashboard is what you build when you don't know how to make a decision. wattura makes the decision. coach picks the workout. cal picks the time. cad commits the geometry. print queues the part. you're not in the cockpit. you're in the cabin.
this is not less control. this is more outcome.
