I'm building wattura because every productivity tool i've tried is a list of things that don't know about each other. coaching app over here. cad file over there. calendar in a third tab. the work is the same work. the day is the same day. the tools should know.

so i'm building one substrate — a calendar — and a fleet of specialists that write into it. they share state. they detect their own conflicts. they replan in the morning, not in my head at 11pm.

the agents don't pretend to be smart in the dramatic way. they're smart in the quiet way: they keep their domains, they honor the locks, they report what they did. they are good employees, not oracles.
